Where is best to buy SKYPE Phone Handset?

Hi there. I've downloaded Skype to my computer to keep in touch with a friend in Brazil but where do I go to get the best deal in the USB phone handsets that you use with Skype? I really be grateful if anyone on here could point me in the right direction.:)
