    You can get them cheaper than that from the powerball ireland website, get the one with the speed clock on it so you know how fast your going

    Only the "balls" bit; ie they're both balls.

    Well not really, powerball is cool for 5 minutes. Supposed to be great for resistance training. If you've ever tried to push the negative poles of two magnets together, the resistance effect is similar only much stronger with the powerball especially if it's at high RPM.
