Big mustard fan here, and in particular, the non exciting Old English variety. Lately though, I've started to use it with little regard for how it might be affecting my poor insides.
Used to be that a jar of mustard would last about a month or so, but as of late, I've started using it instead of butter. So now I'm going through about 2 jars a week on pretty much every sambo I eat.
Could that be bad for you?

(I also use about 2 bottles of worcestershire a week, and that has to be bad for you :))
