I have a 95 astra runabout which has failed the NCT for a second time with the same problem, The rear axel brake efforts tested @ 0.50Kn & 1.98Kn thats a 75% imbalance A garage looked at this after the first test and replace the shoes, cylinders, lines and bleed system, but was obviously no improvement. I have a 95 astra runabout which has failed the NCT for a second time with the same problem,
