hey first of all i read on here that robert ng is going to start a muay thai club in limerick??does anyone know if this is true??
i was also wondering what kind/if any of weights training you should do for mma and/or muay thai?im 5'11 and about 16 and a half stone and would like to get down to 14 and a half stone. i have a strong build but find i tire very easily in martial arts??
what kind of exercises and reps should i be doing in the gym?
if anyone could help me out with this id really appreciate it.
    thanks,
    barry-john

Crossfit all the way for MMA. Muay thai would be slightly different. You'd need less explosive strength in your legs than for MMA (for example). If you're not sure what to do though, I'd say crossfit + proper food is a great place to start.

    Good luck.

    Crossfit!!!

    AND Thai boxing training.

por Pramuk gym do this... Obviously you wont be able to do it all but for the most part they just do loads of thai. A big mistake people often make with martial arts (not that you will but...) they decide to get in shape before coming training which is almost always a huge waste of time.

    Peace
