Trying to do too much in too little time?

Im planning to go away in October to NZ, but will travel South East Asia first for about 2 and a half months. About ten weeks in all. About 65+ odd days.

Our plan is to go from Thailand (bangkok -> chang mai), Laos , Vietnam (Hanoi, Halong bay, Sapa maybe, hue, hoi an HCMC ), Cambodia, Kula Lumpar, Borneo (sabah), Singapore, South Thailand (beaches!!), -> Bangkok onto NZ.



Do ye think this plan is too full? On paper it looks fine and it includes days travelling , days off where we doing nothing and all that. The end will be about a week on some islands in thailand doing nothing expect lie on a beach drinking a beer!

I suppose it depends what one wants to see and the mode of transport we use. I know we cant see everything. There are about 7 flights covered in this with the likes of air aisa thus saving time and tirdness. So that should help. But trains boats and buses are included too as we want to see the countries aswell!

So what ye think too much? or Doable. I dont want to be shattered doing it as its no fun!
