Just bought The Godfather and it had no wii stars card inside. Is that normal?

Im not quite sure how it works, but I know a few third party games I have gotten over the years (e.g. Phoenix Wright) have had cards inside.

basically any game that is exclusive to nintendo, like wii play, wii music, resi:UC, all the marios etc etc

its very irregular for there to be a stars card in a game thats out for other consoles aswell.

Pretty sure its games that Nintendo has had a mid to major role in. Phoenix Wright had it because it was fully licenced etc by Nintendo.
