TO be honest JP, I've only heard of this in the club and in this thread. Have you hit the other casinos as well with flyers etc?

Meself and Murph01 will more than likely be there anyway

If bobby is coming up will you let me know as i still have to give him €750 from the raffle for ticket to Irish Masters.

    Thanks

We will be running a 1 Table free role this Friday for the 1st 10 players who turn up. The free role will start at 7pm with dead stack been blinded away if we don't have a full 10 players.

We will also be running 1 table blind omaha and all-in or fold @ €10 with a ticket for the winner.

Was going to play this but I am off on holidays on the 8th February early doors so would not be able to play the main event- not that i would make it to the 8th of february anyway, but there is no point playing if you can't be there to the end.
So I guess there is no cash option on Friday night?

    Hi Niall,

The ticket has been paid for already so the ticket must be taken, it was the only way we could get the ticket.

That said a deal can still be done regards swapping %

Also there will be a normal final table prize pool from 2nd to 9th depending on numbers. On our opening night we had a similar buy in with 84 player. I think the prize pool was €12,500 so tomorrows package is €1500 in cash for 1st and $7000 ticket approx €4700. So that would leave €6300 to pay to the final table.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,881 ✭✭✭JP Poker

    52 Players
Total of 49 rebuys/top-ups for prize pool of €7650

    1st $7000 Ticket & €1500 Spending money = Total €6500

    2nd €750

    3rd €400

Last 5 Albert Kenny, Eugene Ward, Ciaran Mc Givern and another 2 (sorry i left an hour ago, think Dave Reilly, finished 5th at the IPO) took €500 from 1st for €250 for 4th & 5th.

Thanks to everyone who supported tonight game.

Next Friday is the same structure with €10,000 guaranteed. Free role at 7pm for the 1st 10 players, 1 handed blind omaha and all-in or fold for tickets.

    Thanks Marc,

Next Friday should be busy, the following weekend could be quiet with both Big Slicks cash festival and GJP deepstack event. So should be good value.

By the way we'll have a sat next weekend for GJP's game if anyone is interested!!

Well done to Albert Kenny who won the tickets!! Good luck in England!

Well done Albert, Not surprised he won it he had 40k at the 75/150 level

Clown raises 3xBB Albert repops it to 2k Flop comes k 10 8 Clown ships with 3 3 Albert calls with A A UP to 18k

Clowns must have fancied him the way they were giving him chips,

Albert raises PF to 450, 2 clowns call

Flop Q 9 2 r, Albert bets 1500 Clown pops to 4k albert ships for another c.20k after 2 minutes thinking, clown says "I think you have pocket 10's, I CALL" Clown turns over K 10 o for the gutshot Albert hits Ace on turn and a blank river got him up to 40k

Clown would still have had 6.5k if he folded and still at the 75/150 level as well

Clown tried to justify his call by then saying "I put him on 7 7 or 8 8 " and " I was pot comitted..."

Of course you were, Good man, VUL sir

If that clown is a boardsie and is reading this I just want to tell you...
    YOU ARE A CLOWN
