Decent free MP3 converter?

    Im looking for a freeware mp3 converter (Mp3 to mp3 different bitrates, MP4 to Mp3, Wav to mp3 etc).

    Any reccomendations please?

    I used to use nero but dont have nero installed anymore as its getting to big size wise. Ive gone back to basics!!
