    its the second half of a fantastic season for strategy games, going from the original Company of Heroes (last years winner) and Total War Medieval 2 in late 2006 to early/mid 2007 where C&C 3 Supreme Commander and World In Conflict ended a line of AAA RTS games. The future from here isnt showing much beyond Universe at war and a few add on packs so pretty much every game on this list is a must have for strategy fans.


    Surprised Supreme Commander got no nominations though

    *note* there is a bit of debate here Defcon was released worldwide on steam in 2006, but not in retail til 2007, as it wasnt nominated last year as a steam release, we will assume its the retail being nominated this year.

    World In Conflict. It had a great story and cinematic feel to it. Opposing Fronts was good, but wasn't enough to hold my interest.
