dropping connection

hope it's the right place for this post - if not feel free to move anyway the connection keeps dropping randomly - both on ethernet and wireless, tested on 3 different routers, works fine once (re)connected. it's smart bb. can it be down to config on 3 different routers? I checked settings posted on their support website…

anyway the connection keeps dropping randomly - both on ethernet and wireless, tested on 3 different routers, works fine once (re)connected.

can it be down to config on 3 different routers? I checked settings posted on their support website and it looks ok.
It's sometimes difficult to reconnect - but starts working after changing MTU.
