Rathmines, you only have one real option. Spawell in Templeogue. Anything else is out of you way.

Thanks, is that a driving range or a par 3?? Membership needed?
Have transport too so anywhere around the southside or the N7 direction would be fine too!

Leopardstown: Good range, great coffee and simple course.
Grange Castle and Newlands in Clondalkin, Stackstown Rathfarnham, are good courses. Its always an option to find out the Open days and generally good inexpensive golf is possible.

sorry, that's a driving range, although they have a pitch and putt out there too.

    Par 3 - stepaside direction.

Leopardstown is a better driving range, but hardly worth the journey just to smack a few balls. Better teaching facilities though.

    other good ones are celbridge/leixlip.

driving range is just on the way into celbridge coming from lucan direction. the par 3 course is a 2 minute drive away, at the roundabout beside the springfield hotel which is on the way into leixlip coming from lucan direction. its called liffey valley par 3

Think I'll be trying out the Spawell driving range then hit the par3 at liffey valley at some stage too, thanks!
