NYE - How was it for you?

    So did everyone head out raving and clubbing on NYE then?How was it then?

    As planned i returned from Dubai to London on NYE morning and went to Moondance that nite, id not been to a Moondance before but had heard great reports about it and they were all true,4,000 people there it was an amazing nite with amazing atmosphere and the tunage was absolute quality,a nice mixture for everyone, the highlights of the nite for me was the Live PA by Rachel Wallace on the stroke of midnight performing the classic "I feel this way" followed by "Tell me why" and also Shut Up And Dance played a supern breaks set,amazing atmosphere, great tunage, all in all an absolutely brilliant nite the best NYE ive had since the 1990's im still suffering for it now, here are some video's i took on the nite so people can see for themselves what the atmosphere was like..without wanting to rant about Old Skool again but if London's biggest NYE party has Old Skool as the main arena then something is amiss on the dance scene (although the house/electro room was pumping all nite) , London's love affair with Breakbeat and Hardcore has never ended, the pure energy of this music cannot be beaten.:cool:

    i was trippin on shrooms in amsterdam , everybody had fireworks and firecrackers etc rather than just the city organising it or whatever, its legal to buy and use them on NYE in Dam. oh yeah a few big name djs played Dam square but i wasn't really interested haha...

    a great night of raggae followed by jungle/ drum n' bass in traffic on middle abbey street. really good night.

    party afterwards in town. big gaff in town with a few hundred there at least. got there around 4am.

    i actually thought i left the party to go home when i was having this cool dream that i was at a party dancing away to really cool electro when the music got really loud then i opened my eyes and realised i never left the party and was still there on the couch after falling asleep and waking up 10.30am following morning.

    that was a horrible feeling although the tunes made up for it :o

    Was in Bodytonic in the POD. Good laugh alright, heading back to a gaff after that and was partying away 'till we found out bout a session in a gaff in town. Dancin' away there 'till 11am the next morning. Was destroyed in work on the 2nd and only starting to catch up on sleep now (working all weekend)

    Went to the acii disco, it was good crack alright. the palce wasn't rammed anything like on paddy's day which was a real good thing, didn't go mad on drinking as im taking tablet so my whole christmas i couldn't drink, the tune were quite good in it, and the drunkin gf minding her near the end.. argg
