The satellite signal on sky 127 was freezing and breaking up and I was told it was the old pace receiver. As a result I bought a brand new satellite digibox and installed it myself. Now on channel 127 I am just getting a message no satellite signal. Is it the sky card thats faulty. All my other channals are perfect

Sky 127 I take to be Paramount 1 +1 (on Eurobird S1 beam)
Freq 11546H shared with Wine Network, ARY Digital, Home and Travel, Pokerzone, Gala TV, GEO USA.

Do channels like Chart Show TV, BedroomTV, Wine Network, Setanta Ireland work?

    I'd say it's dish alignment.

I have the same problem but on channel 126 but it only happens during day light hours. which is really annoying. I just end up waiting an hour to view it on 127 or using sky+ to record it.

Well, it's definitely not the digibox.

As said already, could be dish allignment.....or even LNB. I'd get someone who's good with dishes and such to give a look.

the chart show is working perfectly. Could it be a problem with the sky card?

    Not a card issue.
