    Hi,

I am looking to buy a DSLR photography book, one with useful information about f and shutterspeed info, and all other fantastic advise how to technically make good photos. Also nice if it is acompanied with some good impressive photo's.

Not a photobook for dummy's but one for people who wish to explore the possibilities of the camera and develop their skills. Also to motivate a bit...

I was thinking about doing a course. I recently switched from SLR to DSLR and I need a little bit of inspiration ...

    Suggestions welcome.

    Thanks, Billie

    Billie,

you could look at Langford's Basic Photography maybe? It covers a lot of topics and the new edition has good info on digital photography.

Also everybody here seems to recommend Bryan Peterson's Understanding Exposure. Very good book. Not specifically digital, but lots of good info.

I have recently started reading Understanding Exposure on-line and so far it looks funny. But good information in it.

Wouldn't exactly call it funny now, but its a great book to get an insight for all us beginners out here!

I meant that it's written in funny-interesting way, like the bees collecting light... :-)
