If I wanted to let Peats know this was a little crazy I might order 1000 of them for collection under a pseudonym but my team of legal hotshots have told me not do to this.

This handy little USB extension lead, connects computer peripherals, such as, cmaeras, printers, mp3 players, ect, to you'r compuer.

A lot of transposing. My guess it is 7 euros. Still expensive at that though.

Someone needs to break that guy's comma key

ha ha ha - that applies to a good few folks around boards.ie too! ha ha ha

Anyway, there are always things like that happening on that site. Though I've seen it on komplett and dabs too. Good spot OP.

Funny story - komplett sold me 1GB of Corsair RAM for €25 about a year and a half ago. Thing is I reckon they caught their mistake after I bought it and one of the matched pair didn't work so I had to send it back. They said they didn't have any replacements so I got a refund. 2 days later it shows up on komplett again at its correct price!

    Nicely done komplett...

I'd love to think that's the case, but Peat's have some ridiculously priced cables, so i'm not so sure...

Peats must have gone way downhill, I got a CD-RW drive from them in 2002 for €66 when Dell was charging in excess of €150 for the same thing.

I don't believe any price has been changed since anything. I don't know which cable the OP linked too originally but Peat's have been selling USB cables for €2.99 for years.

No I don't believe anything has been changed. As stated above I have no idea what USB cable was linked too originally but I just wanted to highlight that they can hardly be called 'pirates' when they charge €2.99 for a USB cable.

The OP was referring to a USB cable that (judging by the subsequent posts) was priced at €70 or something ridiculous...

I presume that was a mistake, and has been fixed in the 4 months before you dragged this thread back from the dead...
