HP Pavilion Media Centre DV9657EM-Anyone have one?

    Just wondering if any of ye own one of these or know of any faults/problems with them?

    Got completely fed up with dell's sales people today so started looking elsewhere. The laptop will mainly be for college use and I am buying it minus the VAT so should work out at about €780. Is it value for money ?

    Thats pretty good, I prefer intel to amd but still I don't think you can grumble at the specs, in the last year or so my family and friends have bought quite a few HP Laptops and never had an issue, whereas a couple of colleagues have dell Laptops and have had a few issues, not to mention the crazy amounts of pre-installed crap.

    I'm not a fan of hps, a couple of my friends have them and had nothing but problems. Hopefully it won't be the case with yours.

    Just to let you know that graphics card isn't as good as you probably think. It's a bit on the weak side.
