Another Photography competition.

    It's not my cup of tea but I know some of you might be interested in a photography competition. Anyway I heard an advert today for the next edition (I think) of the Farmer's Journal and it mentioned a photography competition.

    Hi there, yeah I got a copy of that yesterday and looked at the terms and conditions. I didn't think they were great at all to be honest. It said that by entering the competition they owned the rights and the paper itself came with a copy of this years IFA Calendar. Considering that the photos in this years calendar aren't even credited I can't say I bear much hope that the winners photos will be credited in next years competition.

    In addition it says that there are €15000 of prizes to be won but upon careful reading this can be broken down as follows:
    Overall Winner: €2500
    Monthly winner: Ixus Camera (worth €400??) x 12 = €4800
    Monthly underage winner: €100 voucher x 12 = €1200
    Plus the rest of the money goes into prizes for people who text in to vote each month

    Still, I may do it :rolleyes:

    It has to be of nature or the countryside and reflect the month it has been sent in for e.g rainy, frosty stuff now and sun and brightness in the summer!
