    Hi,

I've been using zencart now for the past 2 years and find it to be a good piece of opensource shopping cart software.

However, I am open to suggestions for commercial software that has solid support and a few years development behind it.

Any recommendations? A few things the cart needs to be:
    - easy to customise the template design (heavy use of css and divs disireable)
    - bulk uploading of products via csv

    hi,
i have looked at magento - its still in beta version. it will be a very good product im sure in about a year... but i can't risk it with a site with over 20,000 products! customer wants to upload a tsv file once per week with 20,000 products on it... over 5mb .... this could be an issue. therefore i need a very robust piece of software

    www.oscommerce.com

I find this infinitely better than zencart, and so much more customisable, with plenty of great add-ons and plugins, fantastic community support to boot.

    Give it a try.
