just got this today, bought on impulse last week from pixmania.
am surprised by its uselessness to say the least as i have only read good things online about the harmony range.
i couldnt find much info on whether or not it works with mce, bit googling suggests it should.

i might take the time to write a full review, bit for now heres a summation -

activites can be set, but it only seems to get them all about half the time,
ie, tv switches to wrong input, amp forgets to come on, pc gets put to sleep etc

buttons can be manually configured per device, but there arent enough of them, most functions are contolled by hot keys on the screen, good idea, except when you have to scroll through ten pages to control mce.

i think the functionaility is all in there somehow to do what i want, but the practicalities of the unit mean that its not good enough for a mce/ htpc solution.
im sure it would be great for a non htpc setup as its a very nice and configurable remote.

    avoid as a htpc solution...

if anyone has questions or sugestions ill be happy to reply

I completley disagree with you there subway, i have 2 of these remotes and they work just fine. Initially they take a bit of time to set up properly. The remote set ups on the internet database are not always correct,so you have to manually add the buttons you need from your original remotes.
I personally do not use the activities function at all and instead have set up each 'device' with multiple remotes ie my pc uses the mce,tv,amp and hdmi switcher remotes on the one device screen.
When you have 10 pages of functions you can delete the un needed functions or move the most used ones to the top.
I had my first one for 3 weeks before i had it working to my liking.

This unit takes time to set up , a lot of it , but once its set up properly its brilliant , works fine as an MCE remote ,

I will say this though , forget about the online database of controls , it didnt get one piece of equipment right for me , in the end I set them all up by manual teach , and that was tedious and time consuming.

This involved pressing each button on the original remote until the harmony learned it ,

I had six pieces of equipment to set up , but once it was done and the tasks were in , it really is a one touch beauty.

Give it a chance , when its properly taught its brilliant.
