Anyone able to recommend a hotel in Paris for 22nd - 26th Feb?

Its just myself and the girlfriend going.
Looking for something fairly central - eiffel tower, louvre etc

We're flying to CDG, I think out flight lands in CDG at about 8.50pm.
Whats the best method of transport from CDG?

Any recommended places to visit/ eat out/ go for a drink?

Paris is huge; I would recommend staying anywhere around the latin quarter as this is the best place to be at night time, lots of small windy streets with great restaurants and bars, plus you are right beside Saint-Michel metro station, Notre Dame is right there also.

We stayed in the Opera district in November and it was brillant.Plenty of shops/restaurants and the metro is fabulous.

For accomadation we paid 300 euros for 3 night in an Ibis.

    To be exact: http://www.ibishotel.com/ibis/fichehotel/gb/ibi/2953/fiche_hotel.shtml

This accomadation was sufficent for our needs and we always felt safe in this place. Nice, clean and warm with friendly staff.

we stayed in the Henri Rive Gauche IV the one near Notre Dame - brilliant location - right beside the RER stop that you hop on in CDG. it was something like 8e to get into Paris and took about 45 mins max.
you could walk to the Louvre or hop on a metro for other sites - or use the Bateaux bus.

Its in the Latin Quarter with tons of bars, restaurants and cafes right on ur doorstep!! Can't go wrong!!

    ENJOY - Paris is fab!!

    Try http://www.hotelclunysquare.com/

I stayed there this time last year. Rooms are of course small but Notre Dame and Latin Quarter are only 5 minute walk
