Bought this media player from iBood in July.

Haven't used it very much, and the hard disk now seems to have died. Since there's a two year warranty on it, want to return it. Only problem is I can't find an obvious way of doing this on their website. Has anyone ever returned anything to iBood? (Also, has anyone else had hard disk problems with this player?)
