as she and her friend are trying to remember the name of an RTE TV live music show that used to be recorded in Christchurch in Dublin. They were there to see The Smiths and even got on telly dancing in the background. They are on a night out tonight and are killing themselves trying to remember the name. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

That would be megamix, I think. Hazy memory but I do remember it was presented by Maxi, Flo Mc Sweeney and possibly Kevin Sharkey, Ireland's first black TV presenter !!

Sorry for getting back to you so late but I was away for the weekend. It was driving my Sister and her friend mad. Cheers.

It seemed to be good. The Smiths performed on it in 1987 and my Sister and her friend met Morrissey who to this day is still a bit of a hero to our generation.
