Just looking for some advice on this one.

Purchased an item on 13/12/07 from Uk based online gift store. Advertised on their website that it was "next working day dispatch" once the item was in stock which it was and have confirmation email confirming this.

Received dispatch notice on 21/12/07.

Still have not received the item.

Have emailed and telephoned the compant directly and they have refunded postage and £10 credit to my account but am unsure of where I stand on this?

Any suggestions?

You might get it in the next day or so. I ordered stuff around the same date from the UK and it was only delivered today, even though it's been in the country since the 20th Dec
