gfx card for media pc/small gaming

hey guys my bro got one of the cheap dell severs a few weeks ago, he wants a gfx card for it so he can play hd content on to his 1080p 40" and also play a small bit of games like starcraft 2 etc,he's not looking to spend much maby 100-150e max, any ideas ?

Hard to call since starcraft 2 has no official requirements yet.

Having watched all those videos *drool* from Blizzard, I don't think it will be too taxing, following their system of having games that look good but don't compromise multiplayer and the "average" machine.

Personally, I would go with a 3850 for €150 for all your HD and light gaming needs.
