Help - Poker Tracker

Right - have the full reg version of PT holdem, and have the trial version of PT Omaha, PT holdem works perfectly, but the omaha version has gone strange in the last while. When importing hands I keep getting this message

Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 1 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.


Any idea what i can do to fix this problem and import the hands properly?

P.S i know this probably should be in the omaha fourm but some people mightn't look there and know the answer.

First thing you should do is what the error message says!...Someone might be able to help if you post the actual error which is in the log.

have you imported the maximum amount of hands maybe? you can only import 1k with the trial version.

i only have played a few hundred hands

Ok so this is the error message - Unable to get the game date (2) for game #780597403...21:28:04

and it says that for every game(about 400 times or so)

meh - maybe this is it -unistall and reinstall PT omaha and still have the same problem

right me again... finally got Poker Tracker omaha - so thats not the problem as i'm still getting the errors.


Regards, paddypower - yes at time i was playin on it - cause i closed my accounts till after the exams - but of course the guys at paddy power(no matter how many emails you send) will never actually close ur account, so i ended up playing on it a last few weeks(so going to fail these exams). anyhow since i won't be playing anymore on paddypower he is the screen shot of the exact error - any help much appreciate.

The problem startd back in June for some unknown reason, maybe the changing of the new year has caused another gltich?
