Do Schuh send an email out to confirm my runners have been shipped or provide a tracking number. I work in UPS and have seen schuh packages sent out from between 27th Dec - 03 Jan. I ordered mine on 30th Dec. Just getting a little worried here.

Ahh cool, must be a bit of a backlog then with christmas and the sales etc. Hopefully they show up in work in a few days. Thanks

They use An Post normal parcel delivery service, or at least have the last 4 times I've order off them. They usually provide you with a tracking number. This however was when the delivery was free (up to a few months ago). I see they are now charging 5 euro for delivery so may indeed have changed.

On my most recent order I opted for them to be delivered to a nearby Schuh shop, ordered on the 30th Dec - they arrived on the 4th Jan. Will be using that store delivery service going forward.

Any order queries I've had I've emailed them via schuhstore@schuh.co.uk and they've been answered within a few hours.
