Camcorder Recommendations ?

    Looking to pick a camcorder in the sales, any recommendations.

    I would like something with HD picture quality or as near as, and can connect to PC.

    I don't have much experience here, but would like something good enough for non everyday use.

    Inputs and advice welcome !

    Budget less than 500euro, ideally.

    Hi,

    i am researching one myself.
    I see Jessops in Newry are doind a high def camcorder for £499. That is €688 at todays exchange. I don't think that you will get a hd camcorder for less than that.

    The model is Sony HDR3XE. It looks pretty impressive and I think it is the one I will go for.
