Hi A Naive question, my new OS barometer doesn't appear that accurate. How far in advance do these typically forecast for? I have compensated for Altitude and set that in the device. Wanted to try and predict clear nights with it for Astronomy. Cheers Redman

Does it record any other elements apart from air pressure?

How far is it out? Are you comparing it to another barometer?

Hi Mothman/Snowbie,
It also shows Temperature(incl outside with external sensor) and Humidity, Moon Phase.
Temperature seems accurate alright.
I am just comparing it with what acutally is occuring weather wise....
i.e. predicting sunshine when it subseqently rains and vice versa...
So if it shows rain, when should I expect the rain?
