ACCA annual return

I worked for an approved ACCA employer until November of this year when I moved to another company which is not approved. Anyone that works for the approved employer doesn't need to fill out the TDM and can claim an exemption from it. All my work experience for the past 24 months is related to the approved employer. I have claimed an exemption on the TDM because I worked for the approved employer but I don't know if this is correct since I have technically left that company. Anyone any ideas whether they will question this?
