beetle spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket set

I'm finally going to attempt to tune and service my 69 karmann ghia for the first time. I reckon i have all the tools and a good idea of what to do, but there are a number of parts i need to track down. Can anyone tell me where i can find Bosch spark plugs, valve cover gaskets and oil pan gasket set for a 69 karmann ghia / beetle? They don't seem to even have the spark plugs in my local halfords. I'm based in Dublin. If its not possible to find these in a motor factors, can anyone recommend a good website that would post these parts to a dublin address?

Renauto in Dorset Street used to supply Emilio - a call to them might be a good start. A lot of people think that NGK are at least as good as Bosch plugs - google will supply a cross-reference.

GSF (German Sweedish and French) usually have all the bits you need.
There's one in Santry and one on the Nangor road

thanks for that - really helpful - i called gsf earlier, but they were closing early - i'll try to drop in during the week - looks like they have just about everything for vws, and they're nearby. cheers!

Give GSF a call the day before cause they don't hold alot of aircooled stock ( especially Santry) but they get it shipped from the UK over night
