Still waiting for sky+ card

    orderd sky off a fella on the echo about 4 weeks ago..got the sky+ installed but still have only the free channels as card hasnt come yet

    Does it normally take this long?

    No, all he is gonna do is call sky then call you back. If you didnt want to bother being put on hold you could ring 0818 719 861 option 1 then 2. Tell them you want to check up on the status of a card for a customer. You will need your contract number.

    still no sign of it so will have to go down the route of phoning sky tomorrow

    No, all he is gonna do is call sky then call you back. If you didnt want to bother being put on hold you could ring 0818 719 861 option 1 then 2. Tell them you want to check up on the status of a card for a customer. You will need your contract number.



    cheers for that. rang them and they had the wrong address down
