For Sale: Anschutz 1908L for sale

Hi,
I have an Anschutz 1908L true left handed .22 bolt action target rifle for sale.
Currently its stored in Crescent Sports Monkstown tel: 2808988
The rifle is in very good condition with loads of accessories. The accessories add up to more than the asking price of the rifle. The rifling is impeccable and it shoots one hole groups.
The stock is thumbhole with a flat forend which allows this gun to be used for benchrest should you wish to stick a scope on it. I've shot a 199/200 at 50 yards with this rifle (with Lapua drum ammunition)
Seriously this is a really nice well kept rifle and has not been guntered in any way, I was very sorry to part with it.
Asking price €700 euro.
Please feel free to ask any questions you wish, especially about the accessories that come with the rifle.

Were you selling this rifle around May? I got an email from someone selling an 1807 that sounded very like this one back then.

I've PM'd 'it wasn't me' as he's looking for a LH target rifle.

LOL, me sh*te he would be getting that, thats a Sinclair front rest!
Theres about $500 dollars under that rifle. The rifle is all you get for the money

Pop into Crescent Sports Monkstown Dublin tel: 01 2808988 and ask Neil to show it to you. €650 and it's yours. Just give me a shout if you decide to buy as I have a full Anschutz front sight set to go with it (cost €90 when I bought the set, not the run of the mill inserts), sling hook, anti-cant bubble adaptor etc, please note the front rest and rear sand bag do not come with the rifle. I'm sure you'll like the rifle. The trigger is to die for!

Looks like a deal to me, though the type of front sight insert is a matter of personal preference, some people prefer the plastic ones because they believe they give a clearer sight picture.

Just a bit unsure of the '1908' designation. There are only 1907, 1912 and 1913 target rifles available from Anschutz. The stock of your rifle looks like a 1913 stock rather than the 1907 stock which is a prone stock, the 13's are free rifle stocks which can be used in all three positions.

Anyway, it's a nice rifle with some very good extras. Enjoy.
