Using the web check in thing so just taking carry on luggage. Are you allowed to put stuff like aftershave and toothpaste in you carry on luggage?

You are allowed them as long as they are 100ml or less each. Anything over 100ml will be taken and binned at security.

Pop all your 100ml containers into a clear bag and put it in the tray when you go through security, easiest way to do it.

Toothpaste ans aftershave usually come in containers that hold less that 100ml so you should be fine.
