    Hi All :)

*Memo to Mods - I know I posted similar thread in the Eyecare section but I think more ppl come here so please don't lock the thread*

I had an Aneuryism 3 months ago and as a result my left eye closed completely.

I am really disheartened and I fear the nerve is damaged now completly. I believe my consultant tried to remove the clot during surgery but it haemorraged.

I am just wondering if anyone knows of anyone who has this condition or may have experience of it themselves.

I have read of stem cell research which I think can repair nerves also and may look at this as an option.

I am just so depressed about it. People do judge you on it and I just think I will never find someone to date etc now. I do feel like a freak when I go out.

    Any advice would be great

    Thanks
