    Hi,

I'm trying to backup my saved games but my SD card is not compatible with the Wii. Is there another way? I can't understand how I can't just mount my USB stick or transfer it wirelessly.

    Format the SD card perhaps.

If the SD card fits in the console then there shouldn't be a problem.

No that didn't work. Tried both FAT16 and 32. It's an MMC SD card, it works in anything else I've tried it in. I don't want to have to buy a SD card especially for the Wii but it looks like I have to

I'm really surprised that your card isn't compatible. It's a long shot but do you have the latest wii firmware or an old version?
