Looking for a no questions or licences type of shop I'd say.

    Look elsewhere !

Indeed. I hope such a shop does not exist.

Hey turkish go to a newsagents and buy yourself a copy of the irish shooters digest , it comes out once a month, there youll get plenty of
gunshop ads-find the nearest to you and go along and talk to the owner
and he will fill you in on the guidelines-start there.icon14.gif

I would have thought the 'idiot' was the one looking for firearms and ammunition 'easily'.

Did you consider that his english might not be 100%. And "easily" might not of meant no questions asked, but rather easy for him, ie close to home

there is plenty of registered gun dealers in dublin/wicklow area i suggest you look them up in phonebook/yellow pages and visit the nearest one pick a gun you like and can afford. Then get a application forms fill them out and get land permissions and go to you local gardai station. Apply for the gun licence there, i would also suggest joining the local gun club and learning more about hunting before you get the gun, and also get an NARGC membership
