Does anyone know here where best I could find some works by Jean "Moebius" Giraud? I didn't really like the artwork in his Halo story, I'm more looking into his sci-fi works like Incal and Airtight Garage, and perhaps Blueberry. Can any of his comics be found in any Irish comic shops at all too? I also understand that Epic Comics released loads of his collected works years ago, buy they're too damn rare.
    Thanks in advance.

You'll have a hard time getting any of his decent work in any of the irish comic shops as they mainly focus on american books and Moebius's best work is of course his french work. Can't hurt to go in an ask, you never know.

You can buy blueberry, Incal and his other work via amazon.fr or alapage - both are in french but all those sites are laid out the same so its not that hard to order off them and they'd be the cheapest option - amazon.co.uk sells them via that third party new&used section they have and I'm sure they pop up on ebay but you might end up paying a little more on those two sites.

The work he has done for the mainstream american market is a little blah when you see the quaitly of his french work but that can be said for most french comics when placed along side their american counterparts. I highly rec Incal not only is Moebius's art work fab but its written by Jodorowsky who I think is a genius. If I recall correctly DC did the english translation of it and if you want it in english then check amazon.co.uk or ebay. Icaro is another good one to keep an eye out for. Avoid the blueberry film - while I liked Jan Kounen's earlier films, he totally missed the mark with this and its nothing like the comic at all.
