Open Friday the 28th and Mon the 31st. Closed 25/26/27 and 1/1

Alternatively the passport by post service advises it is a 10 day service (in practice its normally about 1 week).

The phone no. for the passport office on Molesworth street is 01-6711633 they should have a recorded message with opening times if you'd like to give them a try.
