The follow up post to chistmas expectations!

i've been awake since 5 because my niece realised it was christmas and decided to scream with excitement awakening me from my slumber! Bahumbug!

Im very pleased! I got a US Jazz bass in a dark candy red! woohoo!! (crappy light, ill take another pic)
    Pic here

I also got a sweet ass case for the bass which inside had a shammy, long allen key type thing, a small allen key for adjustments, a fender strap and a fender cable. I feel like fender are treating me to loads of small gifts because i got that bass haha! It really is amazing, it just feels right when i play it - i cant wait to jack it in in the studio.

I also got a presant of a fender premium electric bass cable. The packaging is amazing on it, ill take a pic later. It comes in a gold case which is held closed by a magnet. its sexual lookin!

Hope you all have a happy christmas!

Anything I got I bought myself (well if ya don't love yourself then who will :D) - set of locking Sperzels, pocket Pod and a guitar strap.

But I got a bit of a surprise when I was given "The Life and Times of the Electric Guitar 1931 - 2006" from the Rockchic thing that was on in the museum earlier in the year. Someone thinking ahead :)

Santy brought me a very handy amp stand. It can hold up to 45 kilos, is adjustable, folds flat, and it only weighs 3 kilos. It's ideal for positioning your amp for the best sound. I have n't seen it (or anything similar) in any music shops in Dublin, so he must have gone to some trouble to get it.

    Thanks Santy ! ;)

Nah, nothing musical what so ever from Santy.

Did get a bit of money too, so that may or may not get spent on gear.
