    A few people told me that Arnotts were letting a lot of furniture go at up 50% off just before they closed for Xmas as they were trying to dump a lot of stock.

    the arnotts sale is generally always on the 27th.Usually from 11 onwards

    yes, they were selling a lot of furniture @ 50% off, also some men's suits & jackets were already reduced on 24 Dec. :)
