FTA Channels missing?

    hey guys,
    got a lidl satellite for my parents, they are delighted with it but a couple of their favourite movie channels (true movies and true movies 2) as well as a couple of other channels are now reporting as no signal. The other channels i have tuned in on the same satellite are fine < 65% but on these channels its around 11 % the same as you get if its not connected to the dish.

    Is this a problem with the dish or are the channels no longer being broadcast?
    im getting the channels by searching on the EURTEL satellite if it makes a difference

    take a look at www.lyngsat.com for the correct freqs and re scan

    True Movies is on EuroBird 1, not EuroTel.

    On the receiver, you'd 'd often select Astra2 or something like Astra 28.5, Astra 2A/B/C/D when telling it what satellite to scan. Eurobird 1 is among those satellites and its settings are often in the same list as all the other satellites in that area.
