    Alright here goes, been a member of boards for some time now and have been a regular viewer for the last year or so of the photography forum since i got my first DSL last year, but have never really posted in here that much :o

    Well the pics of the year 2007 thread has inspired me to go through my photos from this year and post up a few for C&C.

    Currently just have a Canon 350D and a Sigma 18-200mm 3.5-5.6 lens, but in the process of saving for a Canon 40D and later in the year a 70-200 2.8 L lens if i can :)

    There are a few pics here and i hope you like them as much as i do :)

    Nice work, well composed and some great detail. Something that I noticed in the boat one, maybe something could be done to highlight the rocks a bit more, just a suggestion. :) Keep up the great work.

    Love the macro shot, great DOF and well lit. Not easy without a ringflash.

    The Leopard is great, just a shame its surrounded by a wire cage :(

    yeah i really like that macro shot too, took alot of patience and my dad's Tamron 90mm Macro lens, no ring flash though just a nice sunny day ;)

    Well Eye, long time no see,

    Some very nice shots there, you certainly have a good eye, have to say I like the fishermen and the sunset

    You should have come along to the Waterford meet you would have enjoyed it :)

    Cheers Cabaal, i had seen it but unfortunatly i was stuck working and knew i would'nt be able to make it :mad:

    Hopefully next year i can make it to some of the meet ups :)
