    sorry! :o Interestingly enough Dorinel Munteanu has been capped by his national team while managing a club team - I cant think of any other player this could apply to!

    Mark Hughes? As far as I remember he was player-manager for Blackburn and still playing for Wales.

    Just checked Wikipedia: Actually, it was the other way around: he managed the national team while still playing for his club Blackburn.
