How do you upload a tune for ID?

I'm trying to ID a particular tune from a 16 Bit Lolitas set and was wondering how you upload a clip of it? It's the third tune from their live set from Planet Love @ Fairyhouse that was broadcast on xfm, i've tried a fair few sites and most of the tracklistings are missing the name of this one.
