Where can one view a solstice spectacular, other than that of New Grange? In Ireland too.

The passage tomb at Knockroe in Kilkenny is aligned on the setting winter Solstice sun. Unfortunately, the spectacle is blocked by a farm building, I believe!!

The passage tomb "L" (I think... ) at Loughcrew is aligned to the rising sun at the vernal equinox.

Check this out Windsock! One of the cairns (Cairn G) at Carrowkeel has a roofbox similar in idea to Newgrange. It is aligned 180 degrees opposite to Newgrange though but the Summer Solstice can be viewed from it.

Here's a link to some pictures of the cairn, http://www.megalithomania.com/show/site/832/Carrowkeel.htm
