Hi. I am having a similar problem to that in another thread in this section. I have a netgear WGT624 wireless router, which is connected up through my normal modem to my desktop. Everything works fine on the desktop. Everything was working fine with the laptop also, until i decided to reinstall windows etc with the backup cd's. Now i can't get the wireless to work again. It says it is connected to the router, strength excellent, but i can't get internet access. It's obviously just a setting somewhere but i can't find which one.
    Has anybody any suggestions?
    Thanks in advance.

Nevermind. Not quite sure how, but i sorted it out. Think it was a security issue.
