personally i enjoy this better than the uk one i think it's one of the funniest tv shows to hit tv,although have to say ricky gervais plays a more believable boss than his counter part steve carrell, don't get me wrong i think he's hillarious in it but just far to daft to be a boss but funny non the less,

What's everyone elses take on The Office(US)and which do you prefer that one or the original UK one.

If I had to choose one it would be the US version. The UK show was fantastic and worked way better in its idea of a documentry about office workers tho as it felt way more true to life than the crazyness of the US version.

Micheal is such an over the top character its easy to forget it to is ment to be a documentry as well.

I prefer the US version to UK. I even prefer Extras to UK office. Tbh I don't even know what the fuss about that show is. The Xmas special was undoubtedly brilliant but the 12 eps were decidedly so-so.

UK version for me, really don't get American comedy.

Each to their own I guess but the Jim/Dwight stuff is one of the most funny things Iv seen in a tv show in a long ass time.
