    Does anybody know if the sale starts this Thursday for runners and athletic gear or is it starting in the new year?

    I was in there this morning and bought a pair of Kayano, and a pair of Asics GT-2130 or so I thought. You should really check what's in the box, i just checked the outside. I got a pair of gel 1130 and a pair Gel-evolution. So there probably won't be anything to exchange them for when i get to go back in.

    Got the last air of Keyanos in my size myself so I was quite happy.

    The same thing happened to me always check the boxes i know i will next time:mad:

    Doors opened 10am and the the crowd ran in like dogs it was panic sure 1 guy was running so fast he slipped and slid into a rack of clothes it was so funny, he got up and ran again and what happened "he slipped again":D

    i was there are 10.30 and it was sedate. Always look in the box!

    Got 2 pairs of 2120s myself and double checked them at the counter!
    This used to be a half price sale for runners and its not quite that now so its debatable if its worth the effort of getting into Dublin early on the 27th to put up with this silliness.
    You queue for 30 mins +, but after that it just becomes a scrum.
    90% of people there were ordering what was evidently in the boxes on the shelves behind the assistants. A lot of time wasted by the looks of it by assistants having to scurry around looking for specialist requests which was a bit daft.

    I went in and got a pair of what I though were Kayanos, well one of them was the other was a 1120. Not going to be able to get back in until 6th January. Not sure if they'll be able to do anything for me by then.

    I know it's my own fault should have checked the box. It is crazy.

    got 2 pairs of kayano 13's at lunch time down from 140 to 85 - not too bad- no kinseis in the sale this year - got 2 pair at 100 each last year.

    agian check the box
    one of the boxes i was given had two different sized runners in it -luckily this thread had put me on to this !!
