Music Software

Hello, I want music software equivalent to garageband for mac. Thats about the size of it.
I won't buy a mac and it has to be for vista (windows). It has to be about as simple as garageband. I want it to be able to handle an electronic drumkit, guitars, vocals, keyboard like this. I also want (like garageband) to be able to plug my guitar in and have preset sounds, same with stuff with keyboard and mic. Any suggestions.
I was kind of thinking steinberg sequel but will that handle everything i want it to? Thanks.
    Don't ask for a budget.

If its purely for sound, then vista could bring some problems. If you dont want a mac, Id say change to XP for sound reasone.

For creating music, maybe try reason, and for editing Adobe Audition does the trick for me.
